With over 90 network options that include Select Network providers of Standard Optical, Utah’s leading eye care provider, and Broad Network providers of the best and most qualified Optometrists in the State — Firstlook Vision Network is the official out-of-state partner of Opticare Vision Services and has a broad Optometry and Ophthalmology panel to satisfy all non-Utah residents. Below is a listing of all our contracted providers.

Dear Clients,

We are writing to inform you of an important development regarding one of our contracted providers, Standard Optical, which will impact our network and the services available to our members.

Effective immediately, Standard Optical will be ceasing operations. We understand that this news may raise concerns, and we want to assure you that we are committed to minimizing any disruptions to our members’ care.

Opticare is actively adding providers to the “Select Preferred” network as a remedy. This will allow our members to utilize their Select Network benefits at some of our other contracted providers. These changes will go into effect on October 1, 2024. Our members are our top priority, and we are confident that these changes will benefit our groups and members statewide.
